About the MAE Web
Supported Technology
Downloadable forms are available throughout the site in PDF and also Excel formats. PDF format requires that you have at least the Adobe PDF Reader installed on your computer. Adobe PDF Reader is free and can be downloaded from the Adobe web site.
Restricted Access areas have been implemented and can only be accessed by faculty, staff, students or a combination of these groups of users. Accessing these areas requires that the user have a SEAS or EA account. SEAS accounts are available to faculty and students, and EA accounts are available to staff. Users will be prompted to enter their user id and password to gain access to these restricted areas.
Overview
The MAE Web is composed of a main web site (mae.ucla.edu) and "sub-webs" corresponding to each of the administrative units. These "sub-webs" are maintained by the staff in the respective administrative unit, in an effort to develop web collaboration and facilitate paperless administration.
